Payment and Shipping

US Customers may pay by money order or Paypal.  Credit cards are accepted by Paypal or by phone.  Please do NOT send cash, as we will not be responsible if it is lost in the mail.  Payment is required in full before order is shipped.

Lead times

Lead times will vary depending on size of order and availability of materials for special orders. Stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. Please inquire for rush deliveries.

Custom orders and/or large orders may require more time.  However, most large orders can be shipped within 2 weeks.

Return Policy

Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order.  However, due to the custom nature of most of the product a 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all special order returns.  Stock items can be returned without a restocking fee if returned within 5 business days.  Return shipping will not be covered.  Please email prior to returning any product. 

Warranty

All of our work is warranted against structural defects.  We do not guarantee our pieces against misuse, acts of God or blatant acts of stupidity.  Defective product will either be repaired or replaced depending on the damage

Quality of Materials

All necklaces are handcrafted using only freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and either gold-plated /filled or sterling silver findings, beads and clasps.

Freshwater pearls are used instead of cultured pearls for one main reason. Freshwater pearls are a natural occurring gift from nature where each pearl has its own unique character, shape and color. This lends a certain originality to each necklace which cannot be duplicated.

Only gold/silver plated or filled findings, beads and clasps are used to eliminate the green tarnish effect commonly associated with unplated brass.
